I have been going to see Bobby for over 8 years now and I really hope he never leaves... it is no exaggeration to say I'd rather wait to see him - even if it means longer discomfort - than see anyone else. Not that everyone isn't lovely and very skilled at the practice - they are - it's just Bobby knows me inside out when it comes to osteo and my approach to exercise and strength training. When I've done something stupid, he will still find a way to help me keep moving and suggest things I can do - rather than just tell me what I can't do. He's had a lot of experience of my various issues and minor niggles as well as my approach to exercise and movement - i am now able to explain in layman terms my issue and pain level and he will know how far to go and what I need - even if it's a particularly sharp elbow! l would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bobby and the whole practice- its so easy to book appointments and the front-of-house team are lovely.

Jason is an incredible osteopath! I came in with a strained QL muscle that had spread to my shoulder, glutes, and leg, and Jason has been working patiently to connect everything and treat the root cause. His sessions are very hands-on, and he takes the time to explain clearly what each movement and manipulation is designed to achieve. He is thorough, friendly, and incredibly effective. I always feel listened to — Jason pays close attention to my specific needs and behaviours and gives really practical advice about what to do (and what to avoid) between sessions. His approach feels truly holistic, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you so much, Jason, for your professionalism, knowledge, and care. I’ve been seeing Juliet for my chronic tech neck and she’s been fantastic in helping me find a solution rather than temporary relief. I'd like to thank this clinic, particularly Juliet, for their remarkable treatment of my slipped disc and helping me cope through the worst pain I've ever encountered. I travelled 1 and a half hours to this clinic, because they were able to refer me to an MRI quickly, which the local NHS service refused to do multiple times. The scan revealed a very sinister looking injury and helped me to understand why i was feeling the way I did. Juliet was excellent at explaining my scans to me and providing me with relief whilst I awaited my orthopedic review. Sadly I live much too far, so I've been looking for a local osteopath. Thus far I've not found any therapist that lives up to the standard of Juliet, so who knows, I may have to return to Berkhamsted to receive the first class treatment I deserve.

Quick, professional service. Excellent 'couch' manner; having seen a number of gruff medics in hospital who don't explain what is actually the cause and going on the osteopath I saw was faultless and very professional.
